"In Skopin continuous interruptions in water supply are observed. The administration of Skopin systematically stays idle (prosecutor's office, hey! ) . It seems that this question for local authorities not in a priority. Not that to repair, cannot even competently inform, two words to connect how and in what terms the problem will be solved", – it is spoken in the address.
