Within the Culture national project the Klushinsky recreation center cardinally changed Smolensk, on February 18. The governor Smolensk Region Alexey Ostrovsky visited branch KDTs "Komsomol member" Culture center in the village Klushino which reconstructed within the Culture national project in Gagarinsky(rayon). Last year about five million rubles were allocated for overhaul of a recreation center from federal budgets: it was succeeded to repair a roof, internal rooms, to mount speaker fire system.
