Passing on baton of changes

Within one and a half decades, since fall of 2007 and to this day Victor Azarov headed our municipality. Due to the transition to a new position it ahead of schedule resigned of the head of the city district Mytishchi. The last one and a half decades really became for Mytishchi time of large-scale changes. Nearly seven years ago we were among pioneers of municipal reforms: as a result of transformation of the municipal area to the uniform city district it was succeeded not only to keep, but also to increase rates of developments.
