JOINT-STOCK COMPANY XK"YAKUTUGOL" takes active part in implementation of the target republican project "Local Shots — in the Industry". In January, 2022 company employed 10 people – visitors from the remote areas Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. At the moment workers are trained in educational and course combine of companies according to the "driver of the BelAZ" program where they are expected by three months of the theory with the experts having wide practical experience on production sites of the coal-mining enterprise.
