As newspaper "Kommersant" became known, the former vice-president JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MINBANK" (JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MINBANK") Arsamakov Adam is in absentia arrested. The son Abubakar Arsamakov — the ex-head are no time one of the largest financial institutions Russian Federation which now is on sanitation in Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) (see material on p. 8), accuse of especially large waste. Earlier arbitration recognized misters Arsamakov and 16 more persons controlling credit institution, to bank guilty of causing losses and collected from them nearly 200 billion rubles.
