The vice-president of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM" Alexander Smirnov considers that online settlement of disputes with Internet dealers will lead to loss of work of lawyers who deal with these issues. In his opinion, taking into account distribution of this mechanism also on settlement of disputes in road accidents, with insurance and management companies, the bill can affect 10 thousand lawyers.
