The horse breeding branch to Ryazan Region is in a serious economic condition. The Minister of Agriculture of the region Boris Shemyakin in time "governmental hour" in Regional Duma of Ryazan on February 16. The question of horse breeding was brought up by the deputy from "United Russia" Party Rozhkov Vladimir.
