Omsk farmers complain of shortage of forages for own farms. What answer in Ministry for agriculture?

In edition of a portal of Om1.ru one of local farmers with complaint on deficiency of forages to Omsk Region addressed. According to him, grain available in private enterprises hand over to Kazakhstan as purchase price of it there is much higher. And local there are only grain wastes the prices on which too unfairly grow. We addressed for the comment about it in Regionalny ministry for agriculture.
