Cancellation of privileges and sharp increase of the price: what will be with the Perm parkings?

At meeting of committee on economic development City Duma of Perm the document on changes in system of parkings in the city Perm was considered. So, division of the general zone of a paid parking into two subbands becomes the main change. Within a subband which will settle down in the center Perm, the price of a parking will increase to 30 rub in hour.
