Unskilled investors "will not separate" from difficult financial products
Representatives MINISTRY OF FINANCE, NAUFOR and Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) intend to prolong for two years existing practice of the admission of unskilled investors to difficult structural financial products on condition of delivery of special tests. It was confirmed to newspaper "Kommersant" by participants of meeting in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at which decided to prepare all necessary documents for registration of this decision at legislative level by April 1.
