Since the beginning of year household fires carried away lives of 35 children in 19 regions of the country

Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters together with executive authorities as federal, and subjects, and also local governments carries out work on the prevention of death of minors during fires. In 2021 to Russian Federation growth of the number of fires by 6,2% (258 against 243 in the 2020th) and death of minors on them – for 6,4% (380 against 357 in the 2020th) is registered. The increase in number of victims is noted in 45 subjects of the country. In the current year the death of 35 children in 19 regions, including Moscow Region is already recorded.
