A liberal sentence for Russian Federation: your expectations – your problems!

Disputes on the USSR as "terrible experiment", generated not less terrible "homo soveticus", the Soviet person will not cease in any way. But the end of the XX century left us in inheritance other, not less courageous project: fast democratization and social unit westernisation. It also included utopian belief, an ideal of the person, even technocratic vanguard. What could go not so? .
