Dmitry Peskov: OSCE has to become the universal organization on safety

OSCE has to refuse a role of the tool and to become the universal organization for safety in Europe, the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov declared. He also noted that the speech of the president Vladimir Putin, said at Munich conference on safety 15 years ago, is still actual including for OSCE, transfers Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
