The most part of municipalities Altai Territory in which bought buses at the expense of regional budgets, yet did not find for them carriers. It was supposed that local authorities will lease equipment to the enterprises for work on intra municipal routes. Thanks to it Altai Territory was planned to solve partially at least a problem of absence of the message in many rural areas and the small cities.
