Tula region regional court considered the appeal condemned Buntov Vitaly on the decision Plavsk district district court Tula region about collecting from Federal Penitentiary Service compensations of moral harm. The name Buntov Vitaly thundered all over the country about 10 years ago. It became the first in Russian Federation the prisoner who won in European Court of Human Rights court against Federal service of an execution of the punishment.
