To Yaroslavl Region found replacement to Ilya Balanin

Mikhail Yevraev, chapter Yaroslavl Region appointed to himself the deputy in exchange Ilya Balanin. The position of the deputy governor of area and the head of Administration Heads of Region was occupied by Doronkin Aleksey. Earlier this position was taken by Ilya Balanin who left the region to be engaged in affairs Commonwealth of Independent States in the Rossotrudnichestvo state corporation Federal agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots living abroad and on International humanitarian cooperation.
