Prosecutor's office Yaya district carried out an inspection according to the address of the citizen from among orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the applicant at minor age remained an orphan, is included in the list on granting by premises, however was not provided to them. In this regard the prosecutor of the area in April, 2021 sent to court the statement of claim about a duty of administration of the Yaysky municipal district to provide the orphan with the premises answering to sanitary and technical standards and rules.
