State Housing Inspectorate of Saint Petersburg found purity and order violations in 32% of houses

On all city works on cleaning of roofs are conducted. During the period of "a temperature swing" they remain in a priority. At the request of the Governor of St. Petersburg behind process of winter cleaning by Inspectorate strict control is organized.
