Prosecutor's office punished some regional administrations for non-execution of concession agreements

Checks of supervisory authority revealed violations in the sphere of Household management company, namely warm and water supply. In Nagorsk district the fact of non-execution of transfer of objects warm and water supply under the concession agreement is elicited. The agreement had to be concluded even in the summer of 2020, but the local administration did not hold competition on its conclusion. Prosecutor's office sent claim about inaction of administration of Nagorski of the city settlement on transfer of objects of Household management company to concession to court.
