Results of work of prosecutor's offices areas for 2021 in the sphere of protection of the rights of disabled people and persons with limited opportunities of health

Bodies of prosecutor's offices areas on a constant basis exercise supervision of performance of the legislation on protection of the rights of disabled people for the purpose of providing for them equal opportunities with other citizens to realization of the rights and freedoms. The facts of infringement of the housing, pension, labor law, on health protection, education and social service and others are opened. For 2021 over 500 violations of the law for the purpose of which elimination exhaustive measures of public prosecutor's reaction were taken are revealed.
