Zimovniki's 20-thousand settlement leaves under water

Ground waters became the reason of mass flooding of houses in Zimovniki's settlement. This year inhabitants of the settlement of Zimovniki with the population about 20 000 people in large quantities faced plentiful amount of ground and storm waters on the sites. Because of it many villagers last year refused agricultural works, and now water not simply rose to their dwelling, it already literally in it.
