Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory urged inhabitants to refrain from visit of policlinics

At the end of January in medical institutions Perm Territory 9000 addresses arrived, and since January 31 there was explosive growth of number of addresses – their number increased to 29000 per day. In policlinics huge turns were formed. Emergency measures were taken. The network of on an outpatient basis advisory diagnostic centers (AKDTs) for rendering primary medical care to patients is created. The creation purpose – to part streams addressing and to avoid critical congestions of patients in rush hours.
