In lyceum No. 3 today passed discussions of the site planning providing renovation to the territory in borders of streets of Minin and Ushinsky, and also lanes Franco and Chelyuskintsev. It is rather small quarter on the Falcon, built up with houses, to put it mildly, not the first freshness. Under renovation 8 two-storeyed houses there are offered. Four of them already emergency, and remained nearby to this status. On their place it is planned to construct two apartment houses 10-15 floors high with underground parkings, and also nurseries and sports grounds. Generally, on paper everything looks almost ideal...
