JSC bank "Otkrytie" provided 7,6 billion rubles for Petersburg oil terminal reconstruction

JSC bank "Otkrytie" provided to the Petersburg Oil Terminal (POT) a credit line of 7,6 billion rubles for a period of 7 years. Funds will be allocated for large-scale reconstruction of the terminal that will allow to exclude practically risks of leaks to the water area of the Gulf of Finland.
