Vladimir Putin charged to consider till July 1 the bill of punishment toughening for tortures

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin charged to State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and to Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to consider the bill toughening punishment to authorities for commission of tortures.
