Since January 27 in Magadan in connection with hyperactivity of dogs without owners, and also considering increase in addresses of citizens on the facts of a congestion of packs of neglected animals on territories of the city and the developed critically dangerous situation for life and health of the population the emergency mode with establishment of local level of reaction is entered. Only last year EDDS more than 600 messages on aggressive neglected dogs and 85 stings, for January of this year - 75 statements and 7 stings were accepted, two cases concerned children.
