Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow approved the settlement agreement between JSC bank "Otkrytie" and his former president Ruben Aganbegyan who asked to suspend collecting from it and his codefendants more than 289,5 billion rubles in claim Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia), reported the lawyer of mister Ruben Aganbegyan Branetsky Eugenie. Conditions of the agreement are not disclosed.
