The Supreme court reduced Eugenia Khasis

The term of punishment of Eugenia Khasis, the lawyer condemned on the case of murder Stanislas Markelov and journalists Anastasia Baburova, was reduced from 18 to 17 years of a colony. The relevant decision was made by Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Court Eugenia Khasis decided to exclude from a sentence condemnation in parts 2 and 3 articles 222 (arms trafficking).
