Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused to send for revision a sentence on the case of murder of the lawyer Stanislas Markelov and journalists Anastasia Baburova, but exempted the condemned Nikita Aleksandrovich Tikhonov and Eugenia Khasis from responsibility under articles about forgery and arms trafficking.
