In the territory Penza Region are brought in EGRN results of the state cadastral assessment

In 2021 in the territory Penza Region the state cadastral assessment concerning more than 137 thousand of land plots categories "Earth of agricultural purpose" is carried out. Results of the state cadastral assessment are brought in the Unified state register real estates (EGRN). It will allow to create new base for calculation land taxes. The purpose of the state cadastral assessment of land plots is determination of cadastral cost of land plots for calculation land taxes, a rent, other payments at transactions with land plots and others...
