When will cancel arrest of the arrested property

The bill making amendments to Art. 115 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation", is published on a portal of drafts of regulations. It, in particular, provides that arrest is cancelled by the body resolution, in production which there is a criminal case when need for this measure disappears. Besides, the property is released if expired and term by the established court arrest is not prolonged. At last, arrest also can be cancelled "in case of detection of essential disproportion of volume of claims which it provides (the requirement of the civil claimant, a penalty, other property collecting, property confiscation)...
