To Republic of Bashkortostan the size of the recommended family income, comfortable for payments on the mortgage loans, for the second half of the year 2021 grew by 9,9% and made 71 thousand rubles. On this indicator the republic is on the 22nd place among top-30 leading regions with the greatest volume of a portfolio of mortgage lending, follows from research JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "NBKI". As a whole over the country the size of the comfortable income for payments on a mortgage from June to December, 2021 increased by 15,4% and made 90,2 thousand rubles.
