The volume of investments of investors is reduced at the conclusion of agreements on protection and encouragement of capital investments

The relevant amendments to the Federal law of 01.04.2020 No. 69-FZ "About protection and encouragement of capital investments to Russian Federation" are accepted at the beginning of July, 2021. According to amendments to the law, for some branches at conclusion of agreement on protection and encouragement of capital investments (SZPK) requirements are simplified. So, in projects in spheres of constructions air terminals and transport and logistic complexes, developments public transports investors have to enclose at least 1,5 billion rubles instead of 5 billions.
