In Albania there was an ombudsman

Council of ministers of Republic Albania dismissed on January 19 the present ombudsman — the state lawyer to Brinildu Lila. It will replace to Odisa Mochka. As reports the Albanian Lapsi oppositional by mass media, the state lawyer — the person who is engaged in granting the legal aids, serving in the central government.
