To Montenegro on January 18 there was an association "Albanian list", "The Albanian coalition" and the Bosnian party in support of the coalition "Black on white". The coalition of parties of ethnic minorities supports formation of the new government to Montenegro without holding parliamentary elections. As reports the Albanian news agency to Telegrafi, in the coalition consider that "the model of the government of minority in the current political circumstances can bring Montenegro necessary stability and accelerate eurointegration process".
