This week I left a city post of the head on a state of health. This decision was given me not easy as not everything that was conceived, it was succeeded to be in time. Yes, a lot of things are made, and it is not a shame to me to look to you in eyes, telling about results of work City administration. However there were yet not realized plans which now the team of my adherents should realize. I sincerely believe that they will cope with objectives.
