In Vysotsk Vyborgsky rayon Leningrad Region snow, houses of inhabitants and the car were painted in black color. In total because of a strong wind which brings a coal dust from local port. Shots of black snow and not only appeared at a portal 47news. Locals already got used to this phenomenon. The coal crumb is brought from port Vysotsk where carry out coal transfer.
