Prosecutor's office Moscow region district of City Kazan Republic of Tatarstan carried out an inspection of performance of the labor legislation in LLC "SHCHISTO". It is established that in 2019-2020 three women worked in the specified organization in positions of room cleaners. In defiance of law requirements the employer did not sign with them labor contracts, did not bring record in service records, data in pension fund did not direct and assignment did not make.
