United States of America can forbid defensive contractors to buy rare-earth metals in China

The American senators from Republican and Democratic parties plan to submit the bill which will forbid contractors of military industrial complex of the country to buy in China rare-earth metals (RZM), reports information agency "Reuters". According to the bill, contractors of the Pentagon also will have to notify the authorities on an origin of rare-earth metals which they use. These measures will extend only on the weapon bought by the Pentagon. The last will have to create a strategic stock of RZM.
