The arbitration court forbade to write off money from "Ecology Novosibirsk" accounts

Arbitration court of Novosibirsk region considered the statement LLC "Ekologiya-Novosibirsk" about acceptance of interim measures within business of companies about self-bankruptcy. It arrived in court at the end of December. Regoperator asks to forbid banks and other credit institutions in which open accounts LLC "Ekologiya-Novosibirsk", and also Federal Bailiffs' Office to write-off funds of companies for repayment of debts, formed before date of adoption of the statement for recognition by her bankrupt.
