According to the decree of the president Yerzhan Kazykhan is appointed the deputy head of Administration of the President of Kazakhstan – the special representative of the president on international cooperation. About it it is reported on Akorda's official site. Yerzhan Kazykhan was born in 1964 in Almaty. Graduated from Sankt-Peterburgsky gosudarstvenny university, St. Petersburg university or St.Petersburg State University, east faculty (1987) as "Historian-orientalist", and also diplomatic academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and the Indian Higher education institution international relations.
