Court: Mursovet's requirement to coordinate dismissals heads - is illegal

In Murmansk region regional court the administrative statement of claim about recognition illegal decisions of Council of deputies Murmansk of 29.01.2015 No. 8-100 in edition of 29.09.2020 was considered. Earlier prosecutor's office the region took out a protest under this resolution by which the compulsory procedure of coordination with the City Council of decisions on dismissal heads of municipal authorities in Murmansk was established. Murmansk region regional court satisfied claim prosecutor's offices, having recognized the decision of Council of deputies, in the part demanding such coordination, invalid from the moment of its acceptance.
