In Tver Region once again broke "heart of the city"

On January 5 Rem Rikhter, the head of the Udomlya city district of Tver Region, published record about the next fact of vandalism in the city. It appeared that unknown vandals once again broke "heart of the city", this time having completely broken out a red insert. "Heart of the city" is the art object established in Udomlya rather recently. According to the head of the district, it occurs any more the first time.
