The structure of the commission of athletes approved VFLA presidium. The list included nine people. Besides Sergei Shubenkov, in structure of the commission included to Alexandra Butvina (all-round), Vasilii Mizinov (sports walking), Nazarova Natalia, Filatova Vera (both is run), Orlov Nicholas (spear), Gleb Sidorchenko (disk), Fedorov Aleksey (triple jump) and Youri Mikhaylovich Chechun (marathon).
