Whether the regulation is necessary to the Parliamentary forum BRICS?

The seventh Parliamentary forum BRICS 2021 which has taken place on November 27-28, passed the almost unnoticed. The small photoreport on the official site of Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation — almost only message on it on the Russian-speaking Internet. Probably, weak lighting in mass media of this meeting turned out to be consequence of the decision Parliament of Republic of India, presiding in BRICS this year, to hold the Parliamentary forum not as separate action, and on "fields" of the 143rd Assembly of the Inter-parliamentary union (Ministry of Railways).
