On December 23, 2021 on a platform RSPP (RSPP) between JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RUSTITAN" (RUSTITAN Group), JSC Management Seaport of Indiga (IK "AEON") and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INFRAVEB" (group VEB.RUSSIAN FEDERATION) were signed documents on preparation for design financing the megaproject in the Arctic zone Russian Federation on creation of the National mining cluster (a comment: NGPK).
