The Petersburg court refused to lawyers the former head of Department of Social Catering of Saint Petersburg Aleksey Barabanshchikov. They asked to cancel a measure of restraint, or to release it under house arrest, or on the security. Aleksey Barabanshchikov remains in a pre-trial detention center till January 9.
