Dear colleagues, friends, It is glad all of you to welcome at General meeting of the Commission Russian Federation for Specialized establishment United Nations concerning education, sciences and cultures. We meet once a year, apparently, not so often, but between our plenary sessions a lot of work is conducted. Would like to thank sincerely all those who will be mentioned today in performances and who is not present. All cannot be mentioned. Russian Federation keeps leading positions in Specialized establishment United Nations concerning education, sciences and cultures.
