Prosecutor's office of the Primorsko-Akhtarsk district of the Krasnodar Territory carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation regarding provision of housing for persons from among orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the apartment acquired for budgetary funds and provided to the local, remained at minor age without care of parents, does not conform to requirements of technical regulations and the established legislation to criteria.
