In Kirov over 400 children with speech pathology passed treatment in the center of mental health

It is an initiative of citizens. Inhabitants define that to them in their territory it is more important that prime therefore we try to respond always to such wishes, and we help citizens who participate in implementation of projects by the share of joint financing
